By accessing or using Stashy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Stashy is a personal budget tracking application for iPhone and iPad. It allows you to set a budget for a custom period, log daily expenses, and track your spending against a daily limit. The App is free to download and use.

You may use Stashy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce or redistribute the App outside of the Apple App Store

Stashy is a budgeting tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All financial decisions are your own responsibility.

We are not liable for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

Stashy requires no account and stores all data locally on your device. We have no access to your financial data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will not be lost.

We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur from app deletion, device failure, or iOS updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stashy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA will govern.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
